Bp102x Broiler Pan, Porcelain/steel, Black, 16 X 12-3/4 In.

The Range Kleen BP102X is a two-piece broiler pan featuring a removable top grate that sits above a solid bottom pan, allowing fat and drippings to collect below while food cooks. This heavy-duty porcelain and steel broiler pan is a replacement for older broiler pans or a new addition to any kitchen.

Broiling allows you to quickly cook food in a healthy way. The grate design allows grease to drain away from foods like bacon, fish, and poultry, where it is collected in the base pan below. The high heat of the broiling process traps juices and can give meats and other foods added crispness, similar to that of grilling, without the hassle of lighting charcoal or waiting for a gas grill to heat. The bottom pan catches all drippings, making cleanup simple. You can also use the pan separately for baking desserts, casseroles, sheet cakes, roasts, and vegetables, making it a true multi-purpose kitchen accessory.
